Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the stage of planning, vendor commitments, and expenses already incurred.

Any additional costs resulting from revised requirements, increased guest counts, venue changes, or extra services will be communicated for approval before implementation.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, banking institution, and applicable processing procedures.

8. Third-Party Services

Certain event services are provided by third-party vendors such as venues, caterers, decorators, photographers, entertainers, and transportation providers.

9. Force Majeure
