3. Bookings & Payments
A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule mentioned in the service agreement. Failure to make payments on time may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of services.
All payments are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation date, work already completed, and payments made to vendors or third-party suppliers. Any non-refundable deposits paid to vendors will not be refunded.
Red Box Events reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, any refundable amount will be processed according to the agreed cancellation policy.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding event details, guest count, venue, schedule, and special requirements. Delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the successful execution of the event.
Clients must obtain any permits, licenses, or approvals required for their event unless specifically included in the agreed services.
6. Third-Party Vendors
We may coordinate with photographers, decorators, caterers, entertainers, venues, and other third-party vendors. While we carefully select our partners, Red Box Events is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service failures caused by third-party providers.
7. Changes to Event Plans
Any changes requested after the final confirmation may incur additional charges and are subject to vendor availability and scheduling constraints. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes whenever possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, graphics, photographs, designs, text, and branding materials, is the intellectual property of Red Box Events unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
